Define the crystal story first

Test a sleeve and front opening rather than only a flat chest area. Look for adhesive marks, pressure impressions, visible backing, or an underside that could irritate skin.

Provide the packing team with a protection instruction. Crystals should not be pressed directly against rough cartons or another decorated garment. Include the approved care language, and make sure the retail team knows what the customer can safely do at home. If a stone is missing, record whether the item is held, repaired, or accepted under a defined tolerance; do not make that decision informally at dispatch.

Price the detail transparently

Ask the quotation to distinguish sampling, stones, application, repairs, inspection, and protective packing. A lower stone count may change the appearance; a larger stone may change weight and attachment time. Document the approved compromise if budget changes. This gives a brand a useful choice without allowing an unannounced reduction in density to reach the customer.
