Create one quality standard from swatch to bulk

When reordering, compare the new material and sample with the original physical standards before cutting. Review sell-through, returns, fit questions, care issues, shade findings, and decoration performance. Change only what the evidence supports, and issue a new revision when the product changes.

Audit the hand-offs

At each gate, ask three questions: is the current physical reference present, is the responsible person named, and is the next release decision documented? If any answer is no, pause and correct the record before adding more units.
