During sewing, check seams, sleeve balance, openings, hems, closures, and symmetry at the first sewn piece. Catching a mismatch before the whole run is assembled protects both time and material.

4. Finishing and inspection

Trim threads, press according to fabric and decoration requirements, attach labels, and examine the garment on a hanger and in motion. Compare measurements with the approved chart. Check comfort at the neckline, cuff, and inside embellishment. Keep a report that distinguishes a repairable presentation issue from a construction problem that requires holding the unit.

5. Packing and dispatch

Fold or hang the abaya as agreed, protect decorated surfaces, group by SKU and size, and label cartons so receiving staff can count quickly. Reconcile the packing list with actual units and record dimensions or weights required by the agreed transport arrangement. Confirm consignee and destination information before collection rather than guessing later.
